This is interesting because it shows how government is trying to take action and be responsible stewards of our environment. What I don't see is a lot of statistics around plastic bag use and it's impact on the environment.
I've heard 500 million to 1 trillion plastic bags a year end up in landfills. It will be interesting to see how we can move than number down in the near future.
